Appeal After Shots Fired At Car, L'Derry

Detectives at Strand Road in L'Derry have launched an appeal for information or witnesses after shots were fired at a parked car in the Friel Close area of the city.

The attack took place in the early hours of Saturday morning, 31 May. At about 01:00 a number of shots were fired at a parked car, smashing both the windscreen and rear window of the vehicle. No one was in the car at the time.

Detectives are working to establish a motive for the attack and have requested that witnesses or anyone with information that could assist the investigation should contact them.

The number to call is the new non-emergency number 101, or, if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their name, they can contact the Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.

The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a petrol bomb attack in Banbridge, in the early hours of Tuesday 19th March. Shots Fired At Parked Car In L'Derry
Shots have been fired at a parked car in L'Derry. The incident occurred in Drumleck Gardens in the early hours of Thursday morning. No one is believed to have been injured. Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

Appeal For Information Following Collision In Ballymoney
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a single vehicle road traffic collision in Ballymoney yesterday, Tuesday 6th February. At around 3.40pm, it was reported to police that a grey Citroen C3 had collided with a pole on the Drones Road.
