Teenagers Arrested After Attack On Police
Three teenage boys have been arrested after police in L'Derry were attacked with petrol bombs and other missiles on Monday night.
The attack began when a large group of young people assembled in the Circular Road and Creggan Heights area and began throwing stones and bottles at police.
Three boys aged 13, 14 and 16 were arrested during the disorder.
Officers were in the area at the time following Sunday night's bomb attack on a police mobile patrol in Creggan Heights. It is thought the pipe bomb attack was carried out by republicans.
The device was thrown at a police armoured vehicle and damaged a rear door when it went off.
A civilian car travelling behind had its windows blown out.
The three boys arrested are currently in custody assisting police with their enquiries.

Police have linked a gun attack on a police station on Wednesday night with a hostage incident in Co Antrim. A van used in the shooting of Randalstown PSNI station on Wednesday evening is believed to have been the vehicle stolen earlier in the evening from a family who were held hostage by a gang of men at a house in Craigstown Road in the town.

Man Shot In Co L'Derry
A man has been shot in the ankle in Co L'Derry. The paramilitary-style attack happened near the Creggan shops at around 7.45pm on Thursday, 07 December. The 41-year-old man has been taken to hospital to be treated, however his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. Police described the shooting as "brutal and horrific".
