Teenage Girl Critical Following Crash In Ballynahinch

A 16-year-old girl is in a critical condition in hospital following a collision in Ballynahinch on Sunday morning.

The vehicle crashed on the Magheraknock Road at around 8am.

The driver was also taken to hospital however his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

The road has since re-opened.

Pensioner Killed In Bus Crash‎
An elderly woman has died after being knocked down by a bus at Wellington Road in Enniskillen. Kitty Gault, 78, was taken to Erne Hospital following the accident which happened at about 11:30am on Wednesday, she died shortly before 2pm. Police are appealing for witnesses.

A woman has died in a three vehicle crash in Co Down. The crash happened on the Belfast Road in Saintfield just before 6pm on Thursday, 06 July. A man is in a stable condition in hospital. Police are appealing for witnesses to contact them.

Serious Road Crash In L'Derry
A serious road crash has occurred on the Chapel Road in L'Derry. A car and a motorbike where involved in the incident, according to the police. One man, believed to be a teenager, has been taken to hospital where his injuries are believed to be serious. The road has been closed at its junctions with Newlyn Terrace and Spencer Road.

Two people are receiving hospital treatment following a four-vehicle road collision in Ballygowan, Co Down. The crash occurred on the A23 Belfast Road on Friday morning. Two women were taken to hospital, however their injuries are not believed to be life threatening. The road has been reopened. No further details have been released.

Police Appeal For Witnesses To Fatal Road Crash
The PSNI have appealed for witnesses to a road crash in which a 78-year-old woman has died. The accident happened at about 14:15 on Thursday on the Warrenpoint Road in Newry and involved two cars. Two men and a woman are being treated in hospital following the crash. Police have appealed for anyone in the area at the time to contact them.

Woman In Serious Condition After Collision With A School Bus
A woman is in a very serious condition in hospital following a crash involving a mini-bus and two cars in Desertmartin. The woman was the driver of one of the vehicles. A number of children on the mini-bus suffered minor injuries and the bus driver is receiving treatment at the scene. The Roshure Road has been closed.

Three Separate Road Accidents In Co Antrim
Drivers in the Carrickfergus area, Co Antrim, are being advised to take extra care following three separate road accidents. Two cars and a motorcyclist were involved in the incidents due to icy conditions on the road. There was also another crash on the Beltoy Road, however no-one is believed to be seriously injured.

Person Injured In Road Crash
One person has been seriously injured in a collision near Loughbrickland this morning. The crash occurred near the Annaghbane Road junction at around 9am. The person was trapped in a car which collided with a lorry. The person has been taken to Daisy Hill Hospital. The road remains closed and traffic has been diverted.

Two die in separate road accidents
Two people have died in separate road accidents in Counties Londonderry and Down. In the latest accident, a man died following a road traffic accident in Ballynahinch on Wednesday. The accident occurred on the Crossgar Road at around 10.30am. Only one vehicle is believed to have been involved. The victim's name has yet to be released.

Man Killed In Ballymena Car Crash Named
The man who was killed in a car crash in Ballymena on Tuesday was 66-year-old Vincent Kelly. Mr Kelly was the driver of one of the cars involved in the accident, which happened on the Lisnavenagh Road. The other drivers injuries are not believed to be life threatening. Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

Motorcyclist dies during charity event
A motorcyclist has died during a charity biking event in Co Londonderry. Rikki McCready, 27, was killed in collision with a car on the Limavady Road, Garvagh at around 3pm on Sunday. Mr McCready is the second motorcyclist to be killed in the past week.
