Peter Mark Announces Apprenticeship Programme

A Northern Ireland hairdressing group has announced 20 spaces on its apprenticeship training programme, according to jobs website nijobfinder.co.uk.

The Peter Mark Academy for 2015 will offer three-year on and off the job training programmes, as well as tutelage and support from trained colourists and stylists.

The Peter Mark group boasts seven salons across Northern Ireland and employs 1,600 people. Its Dublin-based training academy is open to candidates from across the whole of Ireland, north and south.

Peter Wilkinson, area manager for Peter Mark, commented: "The Peter Mark Training Academy puts apprentices through a rigorous training programme to help nurture the future Masters of Hair.

"As one of our trainees, you will be able to see the difference in your career from the outset and pave your own path to success. Our in-house training is conducted by our top stylists and educators, including Nadine, and they deliver training modules in the latest techniques in style, colour, cutting and trend."
