Prince Charles And Duchess Of Cornwall Arrive In Belfast

Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall have arrived in Belfast as part of their two day visit to Northern Ireland.

The Royal couple have visited St Patrick's Church in Donegall Street where they met a cross section of parishioners and organisations involved in the wide range of church activities.

HRH The Prince of Wales will also visit East Belfast Network on Templemore Avenue. On returning to Hillsborough Castle, he will have private audiences with the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland and the First and Deputy First Ministers.

Separately, HRH The Duchess of Cornwall will undertake visits to the Big Lunch Project at the Skainos Centre, as well as Ballyhackamore Credit Union.

This evening, the Royal couple will attend a reception and evening of music, song and word at Hillsborough Castle.

Prince Charles began his royal visit on 19 May.

Prince Charles And Camilla Begin Two-Day Visit To NI
The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall are in Northern Ireland for a two-day visit. Prince Charles and Camilla toured a visitor centre dedicated to the memory of poet Seamus Heaney. During their trip they will also visit County Antrim and Hillsborough and move to Dublin and Kilkenny in Ireland.

City Hall Hosts Royal Visitor
There has been a royal visit to Belfast today - but this time it was Saudi Royal family members who were welcomed to the City Hall. HRH Prince Turki bin Faisal Al Saud and HRH Prince Faisal are at the start of their two-day visit to NI and met Lord Mayor, Councillor Pat Convery and Chief Executive of Belfast City Council, Peter McNaney.
