Man Attacked With Metal Bars In Co Antrim
A man has been injured after being attacked in Co Antrim.
The assault happened on Bridge Street in the Bushmills area at around 8pm on Monday.
Police believe the 22-year-old victim was beaten with metal bars by two masked men.
He suffered injuries to his arms and legs.
The suspects are described as being approximately 5ft 6inches and 6 foot in height, and both of them were wearing balaclavas and dark clothing.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Man Wanted In Lithuania Arrested In Magherafelt
The PSNI have arrested a 23-year-old man in Magherafelt wanted in Lithuania to face charges of human trafficking. Death Of Kilkeel Man Being Treated As Murder
A murder investigation has been launched following the death of a man in Kilkeel. On Thursday, 21 March, police received a report of a concern for safety for a couple at a property in the Newcastle Road area of the town shortly after 12.50pm. On arrival, officers located the body of a man who was unconscious and not breathing.

Man questioned about 1988 murder
A man has been arrested in connection with police inquiries into a murder in 1988. The body of Lily Smyth, 66, was found in her flat at Moveen House in Dunmurry on October 9, 1988. The pensioner had been strangled. A police spokesperson said that a 43-year-old man had been arrested and is being questioned at Antrim Police Station.

Police Officers Disciplined For Failing To Tell Doctor About Woman's Head Injuries
Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.
