Drugs Squad in double success
A woman has been arrested after cannabis, worth an estimated street value of £35,000, was recovered in Co Antrim this afternoon.
Drugs Squad officers raided a house in Ballystrudder Gardens, Islandmagee at around 12.30pm on Friday.
Officers described the operation as a "planned and coordinated" seizure.
Police say the recovery was linked to a similar seizure earlier in the day of £38,000 worth class A and B drugs in Parkmore, Craigavon.
A man and woman were arrested and are currently being questioned by police.

Appeal Following Serious Assault And Robbery In Antrim
PSNI detectives have issued an appeal for information and witnesses after a man was assaulted and robbed in Antrim during the early hours of Monday, 18 March. The 26-year-old was walking in an alleyway adjacent to Seacash Drive at around 3.50am when he was approached by two men.

Two arrested following police raids
Two men have been arrested following police searches in north Belfast. Two handguns, ammunition, drugs worth an estimated street value of £27,000, documents and around £17,000 in cash, were seized during the raids, which are believed to be linked to organised crime in the city.

A Newtownabbey man has been handed a custodial sentence for a series of drugs offences following police raids as part of a paramilitary probe. 49-year-old William Axon will serve two years imprisonment, half in custody and half on licence.
