Petrol Bomb Thrown At House In Coagh
A petrol bomb has been thrown at a house in Coagh.
Scorch damage was caused to the front door of the property in Windsor Terrace at around 1.40am on Monday.
A man, who was in the property at the time, was not injured.
Detective Sergeant Mark Crothers said: "We are working to establish a motive for this incident and we are asking anyone with information to get in touch with us by calling the non-emergency number 101."

Investigation Launches After Masked Men Break Into House In East Belfast
The PSNI have launched an investigation after masked men broke into a house in east Belfast while a woman was inside. The incident occurred in the Manna Grove area at around 7pm on Wednesday, 17 January. Three masked men entered the property through a smashed back door and searched the house while the woman was upstairs.

Appeal Issued After Spate Of Robberies In Coleraine
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a number of report of thefts in the Coleraine area. Police received a report that overnight on Friday, 24 February, someone had gained to a property in the Knockaduff Road area, taking away a scrambler motorbike and helmets.

NI Property Prices Increase
Residential property prices in Northern Ireland increased for first time since 2007, according to a new report. The Northern Ireland Residential Property Price Index report for the second quarter of 2013 showed that between quarter one and quarter two, residential property prices increased by 2%.
