Pair Charged With Over 40 Offences In Connection With Robberies Across NI

Two men have been charged with several offences in connection with robberies across Northern Ireland.

The suspects, aged 32 and 37, have been charged with over 40 offences each in relation to burglaries in Dungannon, Newcastle and west Belfast.

They appeared in Newtownards Magistrates Court charged with offences each including, but not limited to, aggravated burglary, robbery, possession of an offensive weapon, false imprisonment and assault on police.

They have been remanded in custody and are due to appear in court on 05 August.

Appeal Following Spate Of Burglaries Across Coleraine
PSNI detectives have issued an appeal for information and witnesses following a recent spate of burglaries in Coleraine. On the morning of Sunday, 25 February, police received a report of a break-in at a house in the Magheraboy Road area of Portrush. It is believed that the burglary occurred sometime overnight on Saturday evening, 24th February.
