Teenager Seriously Injured In Co Armagh Road Collision

A 16-year-old girl has been seriously injured in a road crash in Lurgan, Co Armagh.

The collision happened in Lake Street at around 9.40pm on Friday, 29 July.

Police have launched an investigation and the girl is currently being treated in hospital.

Sergeant Mel Gibson said: "We are appealing for witnesses to the collision or anyone who recalls seeing the car prior to the collision, to get in touch as soon as possible to assist the investigation.

"Anyone with information that could assist the investigation should contact Police at Lurgan on 101 quoting Reference number 1310 29/07/16."

Police Investigate Armed Robbery At Ballycastle Supermarket
An investigation has been launched following the armed robbery of a supermarket in Ballycastle on Tuesday, 09 April. It was reported to police, that at around 11pm a masked man entered the Castle Street store carrying a spray bottle of an unknown substance. The man approached a cashier and demanded money, threatening them with the spray bottle.

Man Dies In Road Traffic Collision In Newry
A man, aged in his 60s, has died in a road traffic crash in Newry on Monday. The collision happened on Kildare Street. Sergeant McIvor from the Police Service of Northern Ireland's Collision Investigation Unit said: "Police received a report shortly before 4pm that a male had been struck by a lorry close to traffic lights in the area.
