Police Appeal After Man Attacked In North Belfast

Police have launched an investigation following an attack in north Belfast.

The assault happened in the front garden of a house in Hesketh Park at around 6.40pm on Friday, 26 August.

A man, believed to be armed with a Stanley knife, attacked another male.

He was taken to hospital to be treated however his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

Detective Sergeant Keith Wilson is appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

PSNI detectives have issued an appeal for information following a report of a burglary at residential premises in the Wilton Street area of north Belfast. Between 7.30am and around 6.25 pm yesterday, 29 January, it was reported that entry was gained to a property in the area.
