Man Stabbed In Belfast City Centre
A man, aged in his 20s, is being treated in hospital following a stabbing attack in Belfast city centre.
The assault happened during an altercation in the Castle Street/King Street area at around noon on Monday, 17 October.
He sustained two stab wounds to his side, however his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
A woman was also punched during the incident.
Police are appealing for witnesses to contact them.

Primark Donates £500,000 To Support Businesses Affected By Fire
Retailer Primark is donating £500,000 to Belfast City Council's City Recovery Investment Fund. The fund is being set up after a number of businesses have been severely affected by the fire at the Bank Buildings which happened over three weeks ago. A cordon remains in place and 14 firms have been closed for up to four months.

St Patrick's Day event has support of BCC says councillor
The Chairman of Belfast City Council’s Good Relations Steering Panel has challenged claims that the Council is not supporting St Patrick’s Day in Belfast. It follows a protest outside Belfast City Hall last week by the St Patrick's Carnival Committee who claim the Council isn't funding this year's event at the City Hall.

Historic L'Derry Building Regenerated
One of L'Derry's most historic city centre buildings has been converted into a facility to promote textile design in the area. Built in 1741 as the Custom House, the building at 33 Shipquay Street has been purchased and converted by the Inner City Trust with assistance from DOE and the Department for Social Development (DSD).
