Man Arrested Over Laura Marshall Murder

A man has been arrested in connection with the murder of Laura Marshall in Lurgan on 03 April.

Ms Marshall's body was discovered at a flat on Victoria Street.

A 28-year-old was arrested in the Craigavon area on Tuesday, 18 October.

He has been released pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service (PPS).

A man appeared before Craigavon Magistrates' Court on 08 April charged with murder.

Laura Marshall Murder: Man Charged
A man is to appear in court today, 08 April, after a woman's body was found at a flat in Lurgan, Co Armagh. Laura Marshall, 31, was found dead at a property in the Victoria Street area on Sunday. A 36 year-old man was arrested by the police. He is due to appear at Craigavon Magistrates' Court later on today.

22-Year-Old Man Jailed For Rape At Laganside Crown Court
A 22-year-old man has been sentenced to six years for rape at Laganside Crown Court. Ahmad Alsbaihi was sentenced to six years. He will serve three years in custody and three years on licence. He will be placed on the Sex Offenders Register and will be subject to a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) for 10 years.

County Antrim crash victim dies in hospital
A woman has died in hospital following a road traffic collision in County Antrim last month. The victim, who has been named as 83-year-old Gladys Marshall, Finaghy Road South, Belfast, died yesterday after being seriously injured during a collision on the Seven Mile Straight in Crumlin, at around 6.30pm on September 7.
