Invest NI Announces Resource And Energy Efficiency Seminar

Invest NI has announced a new Resource and Energy Efficiency seminar, which aims to make businesses more competitive by reducing costs on energy and resources

The firm said that in the last three years its Energy and Resource Efficiency team has helped companies in Northern Ireland become more competitive by saving over £27 million on their energy and resources costs.

The new seminar will provide an overview of the energy and resource efficiency support provided by Invest NI to local businesses, including financial and advisory support.

At the event, businesses will hear from experts on how they can implement strategies and best practice for their business and hear first-hand from local companies on how support and help in these areas can make a difference to companies.

The seminar will include:

• Invest NI - Overview of Energy and Resource Efficiency Support

• Energy Efficiency - Ross Ramsay, Mabbett

• Case study - Tonya Deans, Fleming Agri Products

• Industrial Symbiosis Service - Liam McNally, International Synergies

• Resource Efficiency - Rob Duncan, Mabbett

• Energy Efficiency Loan Fund - Janine Cobain, Carbon Trust

The event will take place on 22 February at the Guildhall in L'Derry.
