Two Men Arrested After Man Attacked With Hammer In Co Antrim
Two men have been arrested after a man was attacked with a hammer in Kells, Co Antrim.
The assault happened in Glenaan Park at around 7pm on Sunday, 12 March.
The victim sustained head injuries, however they are not believed to be life-threatening.
The suspects, aged 20 and 24, were have been detained in police custody. A third man, aged 41, was arrested for assault on police and obstructing police. He was subsequently charged and is expected to appear at Ballymena Magistrates Court on 06 April.
The charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service (PPS).

Two Men Arrested On Suspicion Of Kidnapping

Man Arrested On Suspicion Of Attempted Murder
A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder over an attack in Coleraine, Co L'Derry. A man, aged in his 50s, is in a critical condition in hospital after he was assaulted at a house on the Ballycastle Road on Monday, 26 September. Two other men were also arrested and have been released on bail pending further enquiries.

Police are treating the death of a 69-year-old man from Ballymena as murder. The victim was discovered in the Drumtara area on Tuesday afternoon. Two men, aged 41 and 49, and a woman, 47, have been arrested and are in police custody. Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.
