Man Arrested Over Paul McCready Murder Released Pending Report To PPS
A man arrested in connection with the murder of Paul McCready in Belfast has been released, pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service (PPS).
Mr McCready, 31, was a father of two from north Belfast. He died in hospital from injuries sustained in an attack in the Donegall Street area on Sunday, 02 April.
A 30-year-old man was arrested at the scene.
Detective Chief Inspector Geoffrey Boyce said: "CCTV footage has been examined and statements taken from over 20 people in our effort to gather as much information as possible about this tragic incident.
"I would appeal to those people who were in the Donegall Street area at the time of the incident and who haven't yet got in touch with the investigation team to phone now and tell us what they saw.
"The number to call is 101 quoting reference number 9402/04/17."

Man Released On Bail Over Lurgan Murder
A man arrested in connection with a murder in Lurgan on Sunday, 06 August, has been released on bail pending further enquiries. The body of a man, aged 45, was discovered at a flat on Victoria Street. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Man Charged Over Murder Of Anne O'Neill
A 27-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Anne ONeill. The 51-year-old victim died from her injuries following an incident at a house in the Ardmore Avenue area in Finaghy on Saturday, 21 October. The suspect is due to appear before Belfast Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, 25 October.

Two other men were also arrested and have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
