Book Of Condolence For Manchester Victims Opens At Belfast City Hall
A book of condolence has opened at the Belfast City Hall following a bomb attack in Manchester.
The attack at the Manchester Arena claimed the lives of 22 people and injured over 100.
Deputy Lord Mayor, Councillor Mary Ellen Campbell, and the High Sheriff, Alderman Tom Haire, were the first two people to sign the book.
The book will be available to sign from 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.
A vigil was also held outside the City Hall on Tuesday, 23 May, in a show of silent solidarity.

Scores of people lined up at Belfast City Hall on Wednesday to sign a book of condolence opened to mark the death of the Queen Mother. The first person to sign the book was Lord Mayor of Belfast Jim Rogers, alongside the Deputy Lord Mayor of Belfast Hugh Smyth on Wednesday morning in the main entrance hall of the City Hall.

Significant Progress Made On £1bn Belfast Region City Deal
Belfast City Council has announced that significant progress has been made on the £1 billion Belfast Region City Deal. Planning has been approved for Newtownabbey's Factory of the Future sit at Global Point and the contract for pre-construction has been awarded for this key component of the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Centre.

The Gobbins To Benefit From £13.6m Investment
Mid and East Antrim Council has welcomed the news of new investment funding of almost £13.6 million for the development of The Gobbins. Ambitious plans for The Gobbins include a 60m-high panoramic stepway, upgrades to the clifftop path, the development of a new Welcome Hub, and improved visitor features.
