Man Charged With Colin Horner Murder

A man is due to appear in court today, Monday 19 June, charged in connection with the murder of Colin Horner.

Mr Horner was shot dead as he held his young son in a supermarket car park in Bangor, Co Down on Sunday 28 May.

Police investigating the murder arrested a 29-year-old man on Friday 16 June. He has been charged with Mr Horner's murder, possession of a firearm and ammunition with intent to endanger life.

A man has been charged with the murder of Colin Horner. Mr Horner, aged 35, was shot dead in a supermarket car park in Bangor in front of his son on 28 May. A 34-year-old was arrested in the Newtownards area on Wednesday, 04 October, as part of the investigation.

A man has been charged with the murder of Colin Horner. Mr Horner, 35, was shot in front of his three-year-old son at a supermarket car park in the Balloo Link area of Bangor on Sunday, 28 May. The 28-year-old suspect has also been charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition with intent to endanger life.

22-Year-Old Man Jailed For Rape At Laganside Crown Court
A 22-year-old man has been sentenced to six years for rape at Laganside Crown Court. Ahmad Alsbaihi was sentenced to six years. He will serve three years in custody and three years on licence. He will be placed on the Sex Offenders Register and will be subject to a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) for 10 years.
