Witnesses Sought To Serious Collision On Old Dublin Road
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a serious road traffic accident in Co Down.
A motorcyclist, aged in his 40s, was seriously injured when he was involved in a collision with a car at about 3pm on the Old Dublin Road, south of Newry, on Thursday, 13 July.
It is understood that the man was airlifted to hospital after being treated at the scene by emergency services.
Anyone who may have witnessed the collision is asked to contact police.

New figures from the PSNI show the number of drivers caught speeding in one day in Northern Ireland as part of a major operation. Police carried out vehicle check points, speed checks and proactively patrolling as part of a Service Wide proactive Roads Policing Operation focusing on speeding (OP Lifesaver) and pedestrian safety (Op Safer steps).

Two Serious Road Crashes In Co Antrim And Armagh
Two serious road crashes have occurred in Co Antrim and Armagh. The Dungannon Road is currently closed in both directions following a single vehicle collision which happened in the early hours of Wednesday morning, 08 November. The road is expected to be closed for some time and motorists are being advised to avoid the area.

Road Users Urged To Take More Care Following Serious Incidents
Police in Ards and North Down are appealing for all road users to take more care following two serious incidents on Monday 15 June. A multiple car collision occurred on the Ballyblack Road in Ards and a number of people had to be cut from their vehicles. In a separate incident, a young boy was hit by a vehicle on the High Bangor Road in Donaghadee.
