Two Armed Men Rob Shop In East Belfast

Two armed men have threatened staff during a robbery at a shop in east Belfast.

The incident happened at premises on the Upper Newtownards Road in Dundonald at around 7.20am on Friday, 21 July.

The men, armed with knives made off with a sum of cash.

No one was injured.

PSNI Detective Constable Goggins said: "One of the males was believed be around 5ft 6ins in height and wearing an electric blue hooded top and grey bottoms.

"The second man was believed to be around 6ft in height and dressed in a black top and bottoms."

Police are appealing for witnesses to contact them.
