Cinema In Coleraine Evacuated After Electrical Fire
A cinema in Coleraine has been evacuated following an electrical fire during the screening of a film.
It is believed that a stage speaker at the Jet Centre complex short-circuited.
Emergency services attended the incident, however the fire had burned itself out by the time they arrived.
Owner of the centre Michael McAdam said: "This turned out not to be a serious incident but we are delighted by the quick response of our staff and the care taken to ensure the safety of our customers. Our procedures were followed to the letter by our staff and by the time the fire brigade arrived, everyone was out of the building."
The centre will open as normal today, 02 August.

PSNI Appeal Following Fatal Collision In L'Derry
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information and witnesses following a fatal road traffic in L'Derry on Thursday, 18 April. Renewed Appeal For Help Tracing Paula Elliott
The PSNI have issued a fresh appeal for help in tracing the whereabouts of Paula Elliott, who was last seen on Tuesday, 05 March. The 52-year-old was last seen on CCTV cameras leaving the Sprucefield Court area of Lisburn at 5.30pm, before making her way to Warren Gardens at around 5.36pm.
