Police Appeal For Missing Teen Caolan Carson

Police are appealing for information to help find a missing 17-year-old.

Caolan Carson was last seen in the Hightown Road area of Glengormley on Friday morning, 11 August.

He has been described as 5ft 11inches, of slim build with short black hair.

Caolan was last seen wearing grey tracksuit bottoms, a navy coat with a grey band around the middle and green Adidas trainers.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Two sisters missing from Perth in Scotland have been found safe and well in Northern Ireland. Grace and Kara McKinney went missing with their father and his girlfriend. The girls, aged eight and five, had been missing since Thursday, 10 August.

Woman 'Badly Shaken' After Armed Robbery In Newry
A woman has been left badly shaken following a robbery at her home in Newry. Two male youths, one armed with a knife, entered the house in Maryvale Road area at around 8pm on Saturday, 29 July. They demanded money and ransacked the house. The youths were describe as around 17-years old and spoke with a local accent.

PSNI Officers To Use Body Worn Video Cameras
Police officers in Northern Ireland are to use Body Worn Video cameras while on duty. A pilot scheme was successfully introduced in the Foyle area and is part of a £1.5million investment by the Department of Justice. Gun And Ammunition Found In South Belfast
Police have launched an investigation after a gun and ammunition were recovered during a search in south Belfast. The discovery was made in the Annadale Crescent area on Wednesday, 16 November. The items have been taken away for forensic examination. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Funeral Held For Dean McIlwaine
The funeral of Dean McIlwaine, whose body was found at Cave Hill Country Park on Saturday, 22 July, has taken place. Hundreds of people gathered to pay their final respects to the Newtownabbey man. The funeral took place at Carnmoney Presbyterian Church followed by a burial at Carnmoney Cemetary.

Appeal For Information Issued On Bonfire Night Assault
The PSNI in County Down have issued an appeal for information on the alleged assault of a woman in Killyleagh earlier this month. Posting on their Facebook page, PSNI Down said that at approximately 2am on Wednesday, 12 July, a woman was attacked by three other women, sustaining injuries to her face and body.

Police Cancel Appeal For Missing Omagh Man
Police have said they believe missing Omagh man, Shane Sharkey, has been found in the Republic of Ireland. A police appeal for help in finding the 35-year-old has been cancelled, with police saying they now believe they know where he is. No further details have been released but police thanked the public for their help.

Police appeal for information on missing man
Police and the family of 30-year-old Hugh McKay are becoming increasingly concerned for his safety. Mr McKay was last seen after he left his home in the Dundarve estate in Bushmills at around 11.30pm yesterday evening. Two rescue teams are currently searching the area, while a coastguard helicopter carried out an overnight aerial search.

Mr Black, 38, has not been seen since he left work on the Shore Road area of Newtownabbey at around 7pm on Tuesday evening. The following day, his blue coloured Ford Focus type car was found abandoned close to a forest in the Shaneshill Road in Larne.

Police in Belfast have reissued an appeal for information on a 21-year-old Holywood man missing since New Year's day. Martin Kelly, from Kinnegar Drive in Hollywood was last seen on January 1st after spending the afternoon watching football in a bar with friends.
