Police Appeal For Missing Man Lukasz Karpinski

Police have launched an appeal for information to help trace a missing man.

Lukasz Karpinski was last seen at Dunbar Link in Belfast at around 9am on Wednesday, 11 October.

A PSNI spokesperson said: "Lukasz, who wears glasses, is described as being approximately 6'3" tall, very slim build with dark brown hair and brown eyes.

"He has a full beard and the left hand side of his head is shaved with shoulder length hair on the right side. He was last seen wearing a charcoal tweed jacket, navy coloured cable knit jumper, black trousers and brown shoes. He was also carrying a green rucksack."

The PSNI are becoming extremely concerned for his welfare and are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Missing Boy Found 'Safe And Well'
A nine-year-old boy who went missing from Lurgan in Co Armagh has been found "safe and well". Connor Creaney was reported missing from the Shankill area on Thursday afternoon, 15 February. He was out playing with his friends and failed to return home. A search was launched and he was located on Friday morning, 16 February.

Drink Driver Arrested After Car Ends Up On Its Side In Co Down
Police have issued a warning to motorists "never EVER to drink and drive". Officers have released an image of a car which ended up on its side after a drink driver drove his car sideways, narrowly avoiding a dual carriageway in Co Down.

Man Attacked By Armed Gang In North Belfast
A man has been attacked by a gang of armed men at a house in north Belfast. The assault happened in the Oakley Street area in the early hours of Wednesday, 14 February. The victim was punched in the head and a front window of the property was also smashed. One man was armed with a sword and the other men had bats and bars.

Police investigating the attempted murder of a pensioner in Co Tyrone have carried out searches in the Republic of Ireland and recovered a suspect car. An 83-year-old woman was critically injured when she fell from a window during a burglary at her home in Aughnacloy on Tuesday, 23 January.

Police launch appeal for missing girl
Police in Ballymena are appealing for information following the disappearance of a teenage girl. Kerry McRitchie, 16, from the Rathfern area of the town, was last seen in Magherafelt. She is described as being 5'3" in height, of medium build with brown hair and was last seen wearing a pink t-shirt with white writing and denim jeans.

Man Charged With Murder Of Robert Flowerday
A man has been charged in connection with the murder of a retired teacher in Crumlin, Co Antrim. The body of Robert Flowerday, aged 64, was found at his home on Mill Road on Sunday, 28 January. Mr Flowerday was last seen alive at Dundrod Presbyterian Church on Sunday at around 12.

PSNI Renew Appeal Over Murder Of Constable Ronan Kerr
Police have renewed their appeal for information over the murder of Constable Ronan Kerr. Constable Kerr, aged 25, was killed by a booby-trap car bomb in Omagh on 02 April 2011. The PSNI believe there are witnesses who may hold the "key to vital evidence".

Police are appealing for information after a woman went missing from Newtownards. Elaine McDowell, 51, was last seen on Tuesday on the Old Shore Road at around 12.45pm. She is described as 5'3" in height with brown hair. She is believed to have been wearing a brown coat with black trousers.

Appeal Issued Over Missing Man From Portstewart
Police have issued an appeal to the public to help trace a missing man from Portstewart, Co L'Derry. 56-year-old John Thompson was last seen around noon on Saturday, 20 August. It is believed he may have had a bicycle with him at the time of his disappearance.

Railway Line In Lurgan Reopens
A railway line between Moira and Lurgan has reopened, however a security operation remains ongoing. The line was closed for several hours on Thursday, 04 August, following a security alert in the area. The operation began in the Cornakinnegar Road area.

Police have launched an appeal to trace a missing 14-year-old girl. Melissa Larmour was last seen in the Cookstown area on Monday, 13 June. She is of slim build with ling brown hair. When last seen she was wearing a black blazer, black tights and black shirt. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them on 101.

Police have renewed their appeal for help to trace a missing Vietnamese woman who has not been seen since last year. Trang Houng Tran, 24, has been missing since Sunday 30 November 2014. She was last seen in Ulsterville Avenue on South Belfast around 9.10pm.
