Investigation Launched After Pets Stolen From Shop In Co Antrim

Police have launched an investigation after a number of pets were reported stolen following a burglary at a shop in Co Antrim.

The incident happened at a pet shop in the Ladysmith Terrace area in Ballymena on Sunday, 03 December.

An African grey parrot, seven tortoises, two lizards and a tree python were taken.

A sum of money is also believed to have been stolen.

A PSNI spokesperson said: "Reptiles can't survive for long without special care so please share. Call 101 and quote 213 04/12/17 if you know anything."

Police Investigating Man's Death Following Ballynahinch Collision

It it understood that police were called at approximately 4.10pm on Monday 08 April, to reports of the "sudden death"of an elderly man at a quarry in the Newcastle Road area of Seaforde.

PSNI Investigate Fatal Collision On Cornascriebe Road
