Appeal Issued To Woman Who Helped Assault Victim
An appeal has been issued following the assault of man in the early hours of Sunday morning, 11 March.
A man, aged in his 30s, was attacked by up to three men at about 2am in the Glenabbey area of the city.
He was treated in hospital for injuries to his face and arm.
Police have said that they are particularly keen to speak to a female passer-by who came to the aid of the victim immediately following the attack.
The woman and anyone who was in the Glenabbey area around the time of the incident is asked to contact police.

Police Appeal After Man Is Attacked In Newlodge Area
Police are appealing for information following the report of an assault in the Edlingham Street/Newlodge Road area of Belfast last Thursday. At approximately 9.30pm a male was assaulted by 4/5 unknown males. He received facial injuries which required hospital treatment. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

Man Arrested Following Incident At House In Coleraine
A 43-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an incident at a house in Coleraine, Co L'Derry. It happened at a property on Knockantern Grove in the Mountsandel area on Tuesday, 16 August. The suspect has been arrested on suspicion of possessing of an offensive weapon with intent to commit an offence and assault on police.

A 42-year-old man died in the crash which happened on the Belfast Road in Brookeborough at around 8.35am on Friday, 08 June. The man was the driver of one of the vehicles involved. Police are appealing to anyone who may have dash can footage to contact them.
