Man Appears In Court Charged With Firearms Offences
A 49-year-old man has appeared at Belfast Magistrates Court charged in relation with a number of firearm offences.
On Wednesday, Detectives from the PSNI's Criminal Investigation Branch, discovered a number of firearms during the search of a property in the Springfield Road area of west Belfast.
Two people, a 51-year-old woman and the 49-year-old suspect, were arrested and taken to Musgrave Police Station for questioning.
The man appeared at Belfast Magistrates Court today, 24 May.

Man appears in court on firearms charge
A man has been remanded in custody on a firearms charge at Lisburn Magistrates Court today. The charge relates to an incident last month when two men where shot by police after their car failed to stop at a checkpoint on the Crumlin Road at Upper Ballinderry. David Somers, of no fixed address, appeared via a video link in court.

Pair arrested over pharmacy robbery
A 23-year-old man is due to appear in Belfast Magistrates Court later today charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition in suspicious circumstances. A second man, who was also arrested in connection with armed robbery, has been released pending further inquiries.
