Woman left shaken after Lurgan robbery

A woman has been left badly shaken following an armed robbery at her home in Lurgan.

The woman answered the door of her home in Belvedere Manor at around 11.15pm yesterday evening, when two masked men pushed their way into her home.

One of the men held a gun to the woman's head, and demanded a sum of money.

The men proceeded to tie the woman up with cable ties before ransacking her home and making off with her mobile phone and the house telephone.

The woman was uninjured during the robbery but was left badly shocked by the ordeal.

One of the men has been described as being around 5' 7" in height, of stocky build and dressed in black. There was no description given for the second man.

Police in Lurgan have appealed for anyone who may have any information on the incident, to contact them on 0845 600 8000, or on the Crimestoppers number on 0800 555 111.

Woman Found Unconscious On Co Down Road
