It boasts a fantastic range of Boots own brand products including No7, Botanics, Expert and Soltan, as well as a selection of premium brands from Estée Lauder, Clinique and Lancôme and the so-called 'celebrity range', Ruby and Millie.

The store also supplies a selection of chilled foods, sandwiches, drinks, tasty lunchtime treats and handy essentials for baby.

There will be a broad range of healthcare products and services with advice and information from Boots' dedicated team of professionals.

Mary Woods, Regional Manager for Boots in Northern Ireland, said: "We're very excited to open another new store in such a busy location, offering customers convenient and affordable shopping.

"We expect the opening to herald an eventful term of trading for our professional team and look forward to providing the expert services in our new store."

The new store means Boots operates 46 local pharmacies following the recent merger with Alliance Pharmacy, and 45 health and beauty stores in Northern Ireland, with its flagship store at Donegall Place, Belfast.
