£20K Reward Offered For Information On Mathers' Murder |

An award totaling £20,000 has been offered up for information leading to the conviction of those responsible for the murder of Joanne Mathers over 30 years ago.
Mrs Mathers, a mother-of-one, was murdered in 1981 as she collected census forms in the Gobnascale area in Londonderry.
It is understood that she was shot dead by the IRA but her killer has never been traced.
In a bid for fresh information the victim's husband, Lowry, is offering the reward through the independent charity Crimestoppers UK.
Mr Mathers' who had been married to Joanne for seven years at the time of the murder said he wants justice for his wife, even after all these years.
