|
A teenage girl in a distressed state has contacted the Humberside Police, reporting that she was the mother of the baby found at Bell Waste Control in Scunthorpe earlier yesterday.
Police officers went to meet her and she was taken to Scunthorpe General Hospital where she has been admitted for post natal care.
It is not clear exactly what the circumstances of this incident, however it is believed that the baby was newborn.
