Man Charged Over Cannabis 'Farm'

A 49-year-old man has been charged with drugs offences following the discovery of a suspected cannabis farm in Portadown, County Armagh.

The PSNI uncovered the farm in the Tandragee Road area of the town on Thursday.

The man faces charges of producing a class B drug, possessing a class B drug with intent to supply and illegal entry to the UK.

He is due to appear at Craigavon Magistrates Court today.

Man Dies In Ballyclare Crash

A man in his 20s has died in a one vehicle crash in Ballyclare, Co Antrim.

The accident occurred on the Doagh Road on Friday morning at about 01:30 when his car left the road near Ballyclare Cemetery.

Two men, who were also in the vehicle, have been taken to hospital for treatment.

Arrests Over Holylands Arson Attack

Police have arrested three people following an arson attack on a car in the Holylands area of south Belfast.

A car parked on Carmel Street was set alight on Thursday just after 04:30.

The PSNI and NI Fire and Rescue attended the scene.

A 25-year-old man and two 17-year-old boys have been arrested.

East Belfast Graffiti A 'Hate Crime'

Police have said they are treating graffiti sprayed on the front window of a house in east Belfast as a hate crime.

The incident occurred in the Parkgate Avenue area and was reported to police on Wednesday.
