NI Motorcyclist Dies During Manx Grand Prix
A motorcyclist from County Antrim has been killed in an accident at the Manx Grand Prix on the Isle of Man.
39-year-old Stephen McIlvenna from Randalstown was killed during a qualifying session on Tuesday evening.
A statement from the Manx Motor Cycle Club said: ""McIlvenna was an experienced racer who first competed in the Manx Grand Prix in 2005.
"He won the 2009 Junior Manx Grand Prix. He also competed in the TT Races in 2010. The Manx Motor Cycle Club wish to pass on their deepest sympathy to Stephen's family and friends."

NI motorcyclist Trevor Ferguson, 48, has died following an incident at 'The Nook' on the approach to Governors Dip, during the SuperTwin Manx Grand Prix Race on the Isle of Man. Trevor, a shop owner, was an experienced racer on the Mountain Course. He first competed in the 2006 Manx Grand Prix and took part in six meetings.

Sporting tragedies have been flooding Northern Ireland over the past few days with the NI Sports Minister Carál Ní Chuilín moved to express her sadness at a series of sporting deaths over the weekend. She spoke out after Len Ganley, the legendary snooker referee, died at his home in Lurgan.

A new Grand Secretary of the Orange Order has been elected. Rev Mervyn Gibson was appointed following a meeting of the Loyal Order's ruling body. The Belfast Orangeman and Presbyterian Minister succeeds Drew Nelson who passed away earlier this year.
