DJ Fox Bailed Over Sexual Assault Allegations

DJ Neil Fox has been released on bail in relation to allegations of sexual assault.

The radio presenter was arrested on Tuesday in London.

It is understood the 53-year-old, known as Doctor Fox, was arrested over four allegations of sexual assault against two women. Three of the allegations are historical, while one relates to earlier this year.

A spokesperson for Bauer Media said: "Bauer Media can confirm that Neil Fox, presenter of the Magic Radio breakfast show, was today arrested by Westminster Police. He is currently being questioned about various allegations.

"In the circumstances Neil will be off air from tomorrow [Wednesday] to enable him to devote his full attention to dealing with these matters. All other aspects of his contract will remain unchanged while matters are resolved. We can make no further comment at this stage."

His arrest is not a part of investigation Operation Yewtree.

Music Videos To Be Given Age Ratings

Age ratings, similar to those applied to the film industry, are to be introduced to music videos.

The pilot scheme aims to protect children from viewing unsuitable content in videos.

Currently, the UK-based scheme will be voluntary, but already Warner, Universal, Sony, Vevo and YouTube have signed up to the initiative.

It will be run in conjunction with music industry body BPI and music labels will have to apply for age ratings from the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) before videos are made available online.

Two Men Arrested Over 2010 Murder

Two men have been arrested in connection with the murder of Barry Rubery.

Mr Rubery, 68, from Iron Acton, was found dead at his home on 28 April 2010.

On the night he was killed, he had attended a dinner at a Bristol Masonic lodge. When he returned home, it is thought he disturbed a burglary taking place. He was tied up and viciously beaten.

He was found dead the next day.

The two men, aged 19 and 30, were arrested on Tuesday at addresses in Bristol and Peterborough. They remain in police custody.

DJ Neil Fox Arrested Over Three More Sexual Assaults
Radio DJ Neil Fox has been arrested over another three sexual assaults. Dr Fox, 53, was questioned as he answered bail at a police station in central London over four separate sexual assault allegations. Two of the allegations are believed to have occurred in the 1990s, and the third is alleged to have happened in 2007.

Call For Age-Ratings On Music DVDs
The government is planning to consult of whether music DVDs should carry movie-style age ratings. There are also proposals for online music videos to have warnings if they contain explicit content. The new proposals follow a review last year by Reg Bailey into the commercialisation and sexualisation of childhood.

Eight Men Arrested Following Dawn Raids
Over 100 police officers have carried out a series of raids concerning child sexual exploitation offences in Oxford. Eight men were arrested following the raids at 6am this morning 2 June. Police are investigating approximately 60 offences in connection with the operation relating to female victims in Oxford between 1999 and 2007.

Two Arrested On Suspicion Of Selling Illegal Devices Containing Tracks And Videos
Two people have been arrested on suspicion of illegally selling devices containing hundreds of thousands of chart-topping karaoke tracks and videos. The man, 55 and woman, 39, were arrested at their home in Walshaw, Bury, by officers from the City of London Police unit with support from Greater Manchester Police following a referral from the BPI.
