Inverness Brewery Plans Rejected
Plans to construct a new brewery in Inverness have been rejected by Councillors.
The proposals by the owners of Glen Mhor Hotel wanted to demolish a bar to allow the development to be created as part of the existing building.
Concerns regarding the plans had previously been raised by the Highland Council, such as parking availability as well as the size of the development.
However, following a site visit Councillors unanimously decided to turn down the proposals.

Councillors Push For £100m Holyhead Marina Development
Plans for a £100m redevelopment of Holyhead Marina, to include new homes, a hotel and a maritime museum, are being recommended for approval by Anglesey councillors. The council is considering giving planning permission for a 500-berth marina, despite the fact that 4,000 people having signed protest petitions.
