Business Event Targeting Construction Firms To Be Held In Belfast

A business event targeting local companies that work in the construction sector is taking place at City Hall this month.

The Procurement Workshop on Thursday 29 January, from 9.30am to 4.30pm, will focus on the topic of businesses joining together to form a consortia to bid for public sector contracts.

It will provide SMEs with information on how and when consortium building is appropriate; the practical steps to take to build relationships and how to develop responses to procurement opportunities as a consortium.

The workshop is free to attend but businesses must register in advance by emailing the council's Economic Development Unit at economicdevelopment@belfastcity.gov.uk.
