Masked Men Threaten NIE Workers
A group of masked men threatened staff from Northern Ireland Electricity (NIE) in L'Derry on Wednesday night.
The gang also set fire to an NIE van in the Linsfort Drive area.
Sinn Féin councillor Campbell condemned the threats and said local residents have been left "very angry".
Mr Campbell said: "NIE workers were in the Linsfort Drive area carrying out essential repairs when they were approached by a number of masked men and threatened and ordered to take a suspect device to Strand Road PSNI station.
"The workers left the scene and the van was set on fire a short time later.
"People in Rinmore Drive are now without electricity and understandably NIE were not able to return last night."
