Man remanded over hit-and-run death |
|
A 51-year-old man has been remanded in custody charged with causing death and grievous bodily harm by dangerous driving.
David Morrison from Ramone Gardens in west Belfast appeared in court following the death of a woman during a hit-and-run, at the weekend.
The woman, 38-year-old Anne Marie Dinneen, died after being struck by a car outside the Whitefort Inn, on the Andersonstown Road in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Another woman was also seriously injured during the incident.
Mr Morrison only spoke to confirm his name during the hearing.
He will appear in court via video link on March 13.
