Sinn Fein Receive Death Threats Through Post

Several members of Sinn Fein have received death threats, it has been reported.

It is understood that a member of staff at the office of regional broadcaster UTV opened a package containing several bullets, which arrived in the mail this morning.

The package was also understood to contain personal details, including members' addresses and car registrations.

It is believed the death threats were from loyalist paramilitary group the Red Hand Defenders.

Police have removed the package and are investigating the incident.
