Man Dies In West London Chimney Fall
A 20-year-old man has died after falling into the chimney of a seven-storey residential block in west London.
Police were called to Great Cumberland Place at about 01:00 on Friday morning to reports that a man had fallen into the buildings chimney.
The man's body was found at the base of the chimney in the lower basement of the building.
Police said that they believe the man was sitting on the roof of the building when he fell backwards into the chimney.
Formal identification has not been carried out, but police said the man's next of kin has been notified.

Wanted Man Arrested In London
The man wanted in connection with the murder of a 66-year-old man who intervened during a robbery, has been arrested. Ian John McLoughlin, 55, was arrested in London at around 01:00. He was wanted on suspicion of murder and robbery. Airports and ports had been put on alert as police hinted for McLoughlin.

A British man has died in police custody in Dubai. Lee Bradley Brown, 39, from east London, died on Tuesday after he was taken to a Dubai police station where he was allegedly assaulted and put into a cell. It has been reported that Mr Brown, was arrested over a row at the luxury hotel Burj Al Arab hotel.

A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a doctor in Kent. Consultant paediatrician Dr Victoria Anyetei, 54, was found in her car in the driveway of her home in Dartford on August 14. She had been stabbed to death. Kent Police said that the man was arrested on suspicion of murder at an address in Dartford.

Police in Plymouth have said that a man, believed to be in his 30s, is being treated in hospital for head injuries after falling from a top floor flat. It is believed that the man fell some 30ft from a window on Davenport road, in the Stoke area, at about 21:00 on Tuesday. The man is being treated at Derriford Hospital.
