Motorcyclist Serious But Stable Following Accident At Streatham Hill
A man remains in a serious but stable condition following a road accident at Streatham Hill on Sunday.
Police have appealed for witnesses to a collision involving a motorcycle near to Brixton Bus Garage at about 21:20.
Officers, the London Ambulance Service (LAS) and London's Air Ambulance Service attended the scene and found a man aged 42 in a critical condition.
He was taken by LAS to a south London hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition.
It is believed that the motorcyclist clipped a central kerb prior to colliding with a lamp post by a pedestrian crossing.
Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Unit at Merton on 020 8543 5157.

Ninth body recovered from Glasgow factory
The body of a ninth person has been found at the Glasgow factory which was destroyed by an explosion on Tuesday afternoon. Rescuers believe that they have now recovered all the bodies from the Stockline Plastics building. Strathclyde police chief superintendent David Christie announced at 11.

Prisoner Escapes After Van Hold-Up
A prisoner has escaped and is on the run after an armed hold-up in west London. The prison van was stopped just before 8am near Bedfont Lake, Feltham, by at least one armed man, police have confirmed. It is understood the driver of the van was assaulted during the incident, but there were no shots fired.

Second teen charged with boy's murder
A second teenager has been charged with the murder of 14-year-old Paul Erhahon in east London last Friday. Paul died after being attacked and stabbed outside a block of flats in Leytonstone on April 6. His 15-year-old friend was also stabbed but survived the attack, remains in a stable condition in hospital.

A 92-year-old woman is in a serious condition in hospital following a road collision in Fife. The incident happened on the B942 near to Abercrombie at around 4:50pm on Tuesday, 8 September. She was taken to Ninewells Hospital where she remains in a serious condition.

Woman Dies Following Traffic Collision In Wales
A woman has died and a man is in a serious condition following a road traffic collision in Wales. The incident happened on the A470 near Betws-y-Coed on 04 October. The woman, who was in her 70's, was on the back of a motorcycle being driven by the man. The vehicle collided with a Nissan Qashqai at about 14:15.
