Three Questioned Over Alderley Edge Murder
Three people are being questioned by police in connection with the murder of a man whose body was found in woodland in Cheshire.
Father-of-four, Rodney Marsh, 36, from Golborne in Greater Manchester, was found dead in Alderley Edge last Thursday.
His car was discovered in another part of the village.
Post mortem results show the 36-year-old had died from head injuries consistent with assault.
A man, 41, and a 31-year-old woman, both from Golborne, are currently being questioned.
A 25-year-old man from Wigan is also being quizzed.
The three were arrested in the early hours of Tuesday.
Mr Marsh's body was found by walkers, near Macclesfield Road, while his car – a Nissan Skyline – was later found by police, in Finlowe Hill Lane.

Police Appeal For Help Identifying Man Found Dead In Kayak
Police on the Isle of Wight are trying to identify a man found dead in a kayak earlier this month. The man's body was found at Yaverland Beach, Sandown, at about 19:20 on Friday, 11 September. It is understood that he was last seen alive in Newhaven, Sussex.

Men bailed over Merseyside van shooting
Three men arrested in connection with the murder of a man shot dead in his van in Merseyside last year have been released on bail. The men, aged 22, 23 and 32 and all from Bootle, were arrested on suspicion of murder on Wednesday. Stephen Lloyd, 25, was shot dead as he sat in his van in Redfern Street in Bootle just after 5pm on July 13 last year.

Police investigating the murder of a man shot dead in his van in Merseyside last year have arrested three men. Stephen Lloyd, 25, was shot dead as he sat in his van in Redfern Street in Bootle just after 5pm on July 13 last year. The van was later found burned out.

Three Kayakers Found Dead Named
Three kayakers found dead in the River Tyne in Northumberland after they went missing were two brothers and their cousin. Police were alerted after brothers Darren Thorpe, 41, Mark Thorpe, 39, and their cousin Gavin Bradley, 36, all from South Shields, were reported missing at 11.00pm last Sunday when they failed to return home.

Three people found dead in London house
Three people have been found dead in a house in east London. The bodies of an adult and two children were discovered at a house in Alderman Avenue in Barking at around 1:40pm on Thursday. Two other people have been taken to hospital. According to reports, both are in a critical condition.
