'Missing' Singer To Return For US Tour

The singer of Scottish band Glasvegas, who is understood to have been missing for several days, is reported to have contacted his bandmates to say that he would be with them for the start of their US tour.

James Allan had been due to perform with Glasvegas at the Mercury Music Prize Awards on Tuesday night, where the band had been nominated for this year's award. However, the performance had to be cancelled with the official reason being given that Allan was ill, while the remaining three band members attended the awards ceremony, where Speech Debelle won the award for her debut album Speech Therapy. However, reports later surfaced that he had been missing for five days.

According to reports, Allan has been in touch with his bandmates and promised that he would be there for the start of their US tour, supporting Kings of Leon in Massachussetts on Friday.
