Terrible won't buy from here again got told item will be here by the end of the week over a month later still haven't got item after many tedious calls still have to wait 14 days for a refund AVOID THIS SHOP !!!

Update I have called the store 15 days later and have to wait another week !!!!!

Initially purchased a reclining chair which was I can only say imitation leather after 6 months it started to peel off however I took a photograph and went to the shop in Boucher Road staff there were brilliant they asked me if I wanted my money back or a replacement I said neither I would like to buy a leather recliner they told me they had a container due in two weeks and sure enough two weeks i have a new leather recliner well pleased

Abosulatly delighted with my new sofa arrived on time within my 12 weeks delivery date staff were very helpful polite took time to talk with me and i look forward to going to buy more new furniture next week :)

Please don't buy anything from this company. Service dreadful and when furniture eventual arrived it was faulty and the shop was not interested. Bed slants broke after 2 months at top and bottom. I'm now stuck with a Brocken bed and drawers that don't work. Shocking DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. Simon the boss wasn't interested in returning any of my calls.

Only wish I could give no stars. Wish I had read reviews before shopping here. Ordered table in January and haven't received it or refund. Manager is impossible to speak to unless you insist that your are coming in. Now may and still waiting. Beginning to think they don't supply any furniture and it's just a great scam to take your money. Not even apologetic. I have worked in retail and never seen customers treated this way. Surprised they are still in business!!!

Bought a suite of furniture went faulty after two months nothing was ever done eventually offered me a replacement which was discontinued took my suite away 7 weeks ago and I can't get my money bk of them I just constantly contact them and b put off gonna hav to get myself a solicitor

Today chest drawers arrived. When the men were bringing it up the stairs all this pink as d brown wood dust/ grit / sand type material was spilling over the stairs. When they set the chest on the floor there was at least half a cup of the stuff. I asked the men to turn the chest on sets side and I could see 2 inner legs were broken. I wasn't particularly worried about this, I was worried about the dust and wood residue. Suspect holes in the wood. These look like woodworm to me and now I think the dust/ grit was form wood worm boring into the wood.
I sent the manager a picture and he accused me of causing the wood residue myself!!! He said I picked it off!!! How could I pick sawdust type grit off the wood??? And why would I do that? I asked him if he as manager could advise me if this was woodworm. He said he couldn't.
Beware anyone, please don't part with your money. This shop is awful and the staff are lying and dishonest.
I'm waiting for them to pick up the chest of drawers and a refund. I am going to demand full refund and the delivery charge of £30!

Beautiful furniture -its a pity you will never receive it! I ordered living room furniture from the Belfast store almost 6 months ago. I was quoted approx 16-18 weeks delivery. I never received any correspondence to inform me of a delay in the delivery time. After a visit to the store and 3 phone calls, I was left not knowing if, or when my furniture would arrive. Staff do not return calls and their lack of customer service is outraging! I wrote a letter asking that my deposit be refunded and this request was also ignored.
How this company is still in business I do not know - The fact that they don't have a website or any social media sites for customers to complain probably helps. My advice is stay away and buy your furniture from a reputable retailer. This company do not care about you, once they have your deposit.

Don't know how other guy can give them 5 star when he hasn't used this company!!

I bought a corner suite from Londonderry store was advised it would take 8 weeks, I asked to pick it up from cityside store in belfast.
Rung the cityside store for an update, was rudely told it he said the end of February it will be the end of February!
So end of February I rung store at cityside and apparently they can't check stock as it was ordered in Londonderry store,so called in to check and the store manager was one ignoramus who was absolutely no help at all and was happier to sit and argue.
So today I rung the Londonderry store to be told it was going to be another 8weeks. So 12 weeks has now turned to 20 with no sight of any help off either store,wouldn't even give it one star but unfortunately I had too!!! Avoid like the plague!

I've heard great things, can't wait to visit the shop. Nothing better than shopping for sofas ...
