At no point during the process did I feel pressured, manipulated or subject to sharp sales practices. I was just greeted by a friendly helpful service and provided the information and time I needed to make a confident decision. Gary, the representative with whom I dealt, was a credit to the company and came across as honest, professional and sincere, with absolutely no personal agenda. It's also worth noting that I bought the car at distance and the communication and delivery service was excellent. The difference between my experiences dealing with Automoto and other car dealerships was stark and a complete breath of fresh air. I can't recommend this company highly enough.
