About Andrew Mackin Photography

No two brides are the same, and no two couples will want the same things. That's why my wedding photography process starts long before you say "I do".

In the days (or weeks) before the wedding, we will have spent some time together to discover exactly what your ideal photo album will look like. I'll be happy to outline options including locations for fabulous photos. On the big day I'll spend as much time as needed with you relaxing and enjoying the photo shoot. Usually I can take all the formal photographs (bride's family, grooms family and so on) in around 15 to 20 minutes. It's your special day to be with all your friends and family so I work fast. After that I blend into the background taking unopposed and spontaneous images of the day.

Back from honeymoon, we'll organise a time for you to come to my studio and I will present you with a slideshow as a showcase of your wedding album. Then you decide what images you would like and also how you would like to present them. I can print images on:
  • Fine art paper
  • Canvas And any size

Happy Families and special occasion:
In the years to follow, we may come to the realisation that we have lived through the most photographed and least archived generation ever. Technology moves so fast that in a couple of years the devices you are now taking photographs on, will no longer exist. Your treasured photos will be lost to the cloud...That's why it's important to have some proper professional photographs taken, It may be to mark
  • A Holy Communion or Confirmation
  • A special birthday (like Grandma's 80th)
  • A graduation
  • An anniversary
  • A happy family, before they all leave home to who knows where
