What We Bake?


The Liège Waffle

Our first love is the Liège waffle…a rich, sweet waffle native to the street food of Belguim. They’re an adaption of brioche bread dough, featuring chunks of pearl sugar which caramelizes on the outside of the waffle when baked. Available from our home bakery in Ballymena.

The Stroopwafel

Now there’s a new waffle hot off our waffle iron…The Stroopwafel. A soft cinnamon waffle biscuit filled with sweet, buttery caramel native to the Netherlands! We’ve created our own delicious recipe, available with a selection of Belgian chocolate toppings. Available weekly to throughout the UK.

Wholesale

We supply our stroopwafels in coffee shops and cafes across the UK & supply our Liege waffles & stroopwafels locally in Northern Ireland. If you would like more information on how you can stock our products please get in touch.


Waffle Truck Hire

We have a quirky waffle truck for hire serving fresh Liege Waffles. We have catered for many private events such as corporate and staff events, parties, film shoots, birthday parties and many more celebrations.
