Options include discreet custom hearing aids and modern behind-the-ear systems with Bluetooth and technology designed to improve hearing in background noise. Fitting, adjustments and aftercare are included as part of the hearing-aid journey.

Ear Wax Removal & Microsuction

Blocked ears and muffled hearing can often be caused by excess ear wax. Hear Now Clinic provides professional ear wax removal using microsuction, irrigation or manual removal depending on what is clinically appropriate.

Microsuction allows wax to be removed precisely under direct visualisation without water. Patients can be shown images of the ears before and after treatment, with onward advice where necessary.

Tinnitus Assessments

For people troubled by ringing, buzzing or other persistent sounds, Hear Now Clinic offers dedicated tinnitus assessments. Appointments allow time to explore the patient's hearing history, explain tinnitus and discuss practical management options.

Custom Ear Impressions

Custom ear impressions are available for hearing protection, swim plugs, sleep plugs, motorcycle plugs and in-ear monitors. Accurate silicone impressions are taken following an ear health check.
