K2 International is a family-run specialist medical training centre and emergency equipment supplier based in Randalstown, County Antrim, Northern Ireland. We provide first aid training, pre-hospital care courses, EMT training, ambulance training and advanced paramedic education for individuals, businesses, community groups, emergency responders and healthcare professionals across Northern Ireland and beyond.

Our regulated and nationally recognised training includes Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW), First Aid at Work (FAW), Paediatric First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, CPR & AED, Immediate Life Support (ILS), FREC 3, FREC 3 Requalification, FREC 4 and the Level 5 Diploma in First Response Emergency and Urgent Care (FREUC 5). K2 International is Northern Ireland’s only private provider of the FREUC 5 Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) qualification. We also provide emergency response ambulance driver training including CERAD, specialist clinical CPD, challenging-environment medical training and the APEX-6 Paramedic Pathway.

Our purpose-built medical training facility in Randalstown allows learners to develop practical skills in realistic environments rather than relying solely on classroom teaching. Training is delivered by experienced, currently practising clinicians including Paramedics, Specialist and Advanced Paramedics, Doctors and other healthcare professionals. Our faculty brings experience from NHS ambulance services, emergency and urgent care, event medicine, remote medicine, humanitarian operations and international medical projects.

We deliver courses for people at every stage, from members of the public and workplace first aiders through to First Responders, Emergency Care Assistants, Emergency Medical Technicians and registered healthcare professionals. Group and corporate first aid or medical training can also be arranged, with courses delivered at our Northern Ireland training centre or, where suitable, at client locations.

Alongside medical education, K2 International supplies first aid, ambulance and emergency medical equipment through our online store. Products range from workplace first aid kits, consumables and PPE to professional pre-hospital, ambulance and emergency response equipment.
