K2 International is a family-run medical training centre and emergency equipment supplier based in Randalstown, Northern Ireland.

We provide internationally recognised first aid, pre-hospital and emergency care courses for individuals, businesses, community groups and healthcare professionals. Our training is practical, realistic and delivered by experienced clinicians with real-world experience in Northern Ireland and across the world.

Alongside our training centre, we operate an online store supplying everything from refillable first aid kits and routine workplace consumables through to professional pre-hospital, ambulance and emergency response equipment.

Our courses are designed to build confidence, competence and decision-making in real-world situations. Whether we are training members of the public, workplace first aiders, community responders, healthcare professionals or emergency care teams, our aim is to make learning engaging, relevant and professionally delivered.

Our faculty includes experienced paramedics, clinicians, instructors and operational specialists from a wide range of backgrounds. Together, they bring decades of combined experience from healthcare, emergency response, education and international medical operations across countries including Iraq, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Uganda, Egypt, South Sudan, Mexico, Albania, Jordan, Germany, India and many more.

Most importantly, our teaching is grounded in current practice. Our staff are active, patient-facing healthcare professionals, ensuring that the training, support and consultancy we provide is informed by real clinical experience, up-to-date practice and a genuine understanding of the environments our learners may face.
