Physiotherapy
Your treatment begins with a detailed consultation with one of our expert physiotherapists. This will include evaluations of your general physical condition, agility and lifestyle, as well as an analysis of the specific problem you’re experiencing.

From there, we’ll develop an individual plan of treatment and exercise that’s tailored to your needs and designed to restore your function as fully and as quickly as possible.

Imaging
Whether you are an inpatient or outpatient, your pathway with us begins with a referral to the imaging department,

Referrals are accepted from all internal Consultants as well as External Consultants and GP’s.

A professional team of Radiographers and Consultant Radiologists, supported by nursing assistants carry out all examinations. This enables us to tailor all examinations to the patients individual needs and provide safe and reassuring environment during your time with us.

Outpatient
Being an outpatient means that you are coming to the Clinic to see an expert but aren’t staying overnight or having surgery that day. To make an outpatient appointment you will usually need a GP referral.

In addition to consultations/appointments with medical practitioners from a variety of specialities, the department offers a number of key services.

Cardiac & Respiratory
Cardiac diagnostic tests are carried out by highly skilled, qualified and experienced physiologists and are reported on by leading consultants and are listed below.

Surgical
The Clinic has a modern, purpose built-theatre and recovery unit staffed by a very experienced team. The complex is supported by an on-site decontamination and sterilisation unit, in line with current health service regulations.

Surgical procedures are carried out routinely six days a week. There is also 24-hour emergency theatre cover seven days a week.

Cellular Pathology
The Laboratory is staffed by specialist biomedical scientists, and all samples are analysed and reported on by consultant pathologists.

The team provides expert advice on specialties including breast, gastrointestinal, gynaecological, male, renal and urological, dermatological, endocrine, lymphoreticular, soft tissue, bone and head and neck pathology.

Reporting turnaround times depend on complexity and can range from one to ten days working days – in line with Royal College Of Pathologists standards. The results are available to referring clinicians via the laboratory information system. Your referring consultant will discuss your pathology report with you in person.
