Your new company

You will be joining a family run company that operate within the food industry. The company produce a range of high quality products from processing to preparation stage and deliver these products 6 days a week which has developed long lasting relationships with their customers throughout Ireland. They are currently seeking a Production Manager for their processing factory.

Your new role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will ensure products are produced cost effectively and of the highest quality. Daily duties will include production planning, estimating costs, monitoring the production process and maintenance of equipment. The Production Manager will liaise with suppliers and work alongside senior management to implement company goals and policies. In addition the successful candidate will be required to review performance and identify training needs.

What youll need to succeed

Your previous experience of managing a team within a high volume manufacturing environment will lead to your success. You will have the ability to work under pressure and proven experience of meeting deadlines.
